Financial Aid Print
The World Trade Institute offers a limited number of full and partial tuition waivers for students who otherwise could not participate in the MILE programme. However, be advised that the WTI cannot guarantee financial aid to all accepted students.  Please fill in and submit the Financial Aid application form below if you wish to be considered for such assistance.

Scholarships
MILE students can receive scholarships from various sources and are encouraged to do so. Since the WTI cannot guarantee funding, it is strongly recommended that you apply for scholarships from other sources if you require financial assistance.

Two dependable funding sources with a long history of supporting MILE students are the Ecoscientia Foundation and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), both of which are sponsors of the Institute. Applications for these two scholarships must be submitted to the WTI using the above form and the Institute will automatically forward eligible applications to the appropriate organisation.

The Ecoscientia Foundation currently offers three full-tuition scholarships to European students (including Swiss students).

SECO is active in countries throughout the world as part of its work in the field of development cooperation.  Students from SECO’s evolving list of priority countires are eligible for scholarships, which generally cover tuition fees and include a living allowance.

Funding Options Independent of the WTI
We advise all WTI students to apply to various sources of funding as soon as they are admitted to the programme (see a sampling of possibilities below).  Please do not hesitate to contact us directly for personalised advice regarding scholarships and financial aid.
