  • A ≙ 90 – 100 points,
  • B ≙ 80 – 89 points,
  • C ≙ 70 – 79 points,
  • D ≙ 60 – 69 points,
  • E ≙ 50 – 59 points,
  • F ≙ 1 – 49 points,

with an A given for the best examinations and an F given for work of insufficient quality.

Regulations

In light of the Bologna Process, the MILE Programme is formally a considered 90-ECTS master's degree, compressed into one year of intensive study and mandatory classroom participation.

For all your completed coursework throughout the three terms you'll receive a total of 68 ECTS credits; for your completed master's thesis you'll receive 22 ECTS credits. Your final grade will be determined as an ECTS-credits weighted average of all grades.

The title Master of International Law and Economics is conferred by the University of Bern if you obtain, on average, an E grade or better and have fulfilled all of your academic and financial obligations towards the WTI.

Upon graduation, you will receive a printed and signed diploma and a transcript, detailing all the courses you passed and the grades you obtained.
