Tuition

Tuition for one year of study on the Master of International Law and Economics (MILE) Programme is CHF 30'000. The WTI can provide limited financial aid and/or tuition waivers.

 

Tuition covers all courses, the supervision of your master's thesis, a trip to Geneva with visits to international organisations as well as a range of extracurricular activities. Tuition does not cover airfares, costs of accommodation and living, health insurance, books or any other expenditures incurred during your stay in Switzerland.

 

Tuition payments are not required until you have been accepted to the programme. You may benefit from either one of the following two payment methods:

  • A 5% discount is applied if you pay your entire tuition fee prior to the first day of the programme (September).
  • Alternatively, the first installment (1/3 of your tuition fee) is due prior to the first day of the programme (September), the second installment (1/3 of your tuition fee) is due prior to the first day of the Winter trimester (January) and the third installment of (1/3 of your tuition fee) is due prior to the first day of the Spring trimester (April). No discounts apply to tuition paid in installments.

Registration Fee

Once you receive confirmation of being admitted to the MILE from us, we kindly ask you to transfer a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of CHF 200.

 

Please note that you will only receive more detailed information about the MILE once you have transferred the registration fee.

 

The registration fee will be applied against your tuition fees, unless you receive a scholarship covering your entire tuition.

Bank Details

We will provide you with bank details once we confirm your admittance to the MILE Programme. Any charges incurred during transfer must be borne by the applicant.
