Regina Asiedu-Mante has been working for years as a research and market analyst with the Ghana Institute of Foresters, an NGO concerned with creating and raising awareness of environmental issues in Ghana. She obtained a degree in Sociology and Political Science in 2003 and followed it up with an LLB and a professional law course. Regina had a stint with Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah, an international law firm in Ghana as an associate dealing with  investment law and regulation, corporate restructuring, due diligence, land law, finance, securitisation, tax and much more.

Regina has also worked as head of the legal department of a private sole proprietorship Alsale Services which dealt with corporate bank and project finance, contract procurement, employment and labour, financial agreements, trade finance, etc.

Her interests include environmental issues, theatre, music, literature and history.
