Rodrigo Corredor has been working as a consultant on intellectual property and plant genetic resources for the Bolivian Ministry of Agriculture and Environment. In Colombia he worked at the Health Authority (test data protection for pharmaceutical products) and also for the Trademarks and Competition Office where he gained a wide range of experiences in intellectual property matters. Rodrigo has a Law Degree in Colombia and has completed postgraduate studies in Public Law and Intellectual Property. His current fields of interest concern the impact of intellectual property rights on genetic resources and their relationship to trade barriers in the context of WTO regulation. Rodrigo is keen on nature and enjoys walking trips, sports and reading.
