Mohamed Mahfouz El Maleh is a senior International Trade Policy Researcher and Economic Analyst at the Central Department of the World Trade Organization (CD/WTO), Sector of Foreign Trade Agreements of the Egyptian Ministry of Trade and Industry. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Commerce, having concentrated on economics in the Faculty of Commerce at Zagazig University in Egypt. He also holds a Diploma Degree in Trade Policy from the World Trade Organization, Geneva, Switzerland. He has seven years work experience on trade issues, specifically with regard to the WTO and the multilateral trading system. He has an excellent command of Arabic and English (both spoken and written). In his free time, Mohamed is interested in all kinds of sports and loves flying.
