Moran Sandra - Peru Print
Sandra Moran completed a 4 year undergraduate law program (Bachelor in Law) at the Faculty of Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú). She passed the bar examination with an excellent grade and received her law degree. Subsequently she joined the Lima Bar association.

Because she has always been interested in the different methods of dispute settlement, she worked in the litigation and arbitration area of well-known Peruvian law firms, such as Estudio Osterling (Lima), Benites, De Las Casas, Forno & Ugaz (Lima) and Berninzon, Loret de Mola & Benavides (Lima). The litigation experience she has gained representing clients in a variety of civil, administrative, constitutional and criminal cases has provided her with the tools to deal with the substantive and procedural aspects of dispute settlement in general.

In 2008, Sandra was accepted to the Faculty of Law at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland), where she studied the Swiss legal system for one year. After that, she chose the MILE Program at the World Trade Institute in order to receive the indispensable training needed to achieve her career goal: becoming an expert in the field of WTO dispute settlement.

Sandra speaks Spanish, German, English and French. She also volunteered in an animal protection organization in Lima, where she helped feeding, walking and cleaning animals like dogs and cats.
