Ms. Ying Xiao received her Bachelor’s degree of Law from Peking University in China in 2004. She has been working as an officer in China’s Ministry of Commerce since 2006, mainly dealing with China-Australia Free Trade Agreement negotiations and WTO Doha negotiations, specializing in Agriculture issues.
