Susan Plattner took up her position as English language support teacher for students on the MILE program in October 2005. With a Bachelor Degree in Education (Language and Literacy) and post-graduate TESOL (Teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages) qualifications (U.T.S. Sydney), she supports those students whose first language is not English by working with them individually on their weekly writing assessments, re-working of texts and final thesis.
A teacher with 20 years` experience in the TESOL field, she has worked in Australia, Thailand, New Guinea and Switzerland. Interests include theatre, music and travel. | |
