Prof. Van den Bossche at the World Trade Congress on Gender and the Academy for EU Law (ERA)

On 6 December 2022, Prof. Peter Van den Bossche, the WTI Director of Studies, chaired and moderated a plenary session on ‘COVID-19: Looking Beyond the Diagnostics, Finding Solutions’ at the first World Trade Congress on Gender, held at the WTO in Geneva. The session included presentations by Dr. Ying-Yun Lin, Chungyuan Christian University, Dr. Amanda Elam, Babson College, Dr. Tatiana Manolova, Bentley University, Mr. Carmine Soprano, World Bank Group, and Ms. Courtney Edwards, Permanent Representation of Australia to the WTO.
On 7 December 2022, Van den Bossche gave the opening lecture at the Annual Conference on EU Trade and Investment Law, organized by the Academy for EU Law (ERA) and Prof. Christoph Herrmann. This online lecture dealt with ‘The Future of the WTO After MC12: the Treacherous Road to MC13’ and addressed the challenges facing the WTO in the years ahead.
