Former WTO Appellate Body member Peter Van den Bossche, now WTI Director of Studies, discusses the decision of the WTO to authorise China to retaliate against $3.6 billion of US exports in the 5 November Trade Talks podcast by Soumaya Keynes and Chad Bown.
The decision of 1 November ended a dispute that started in 2013 and that challenged US tariffs imposed as far back as 2003.
