Paper presented at the 2011 Public Procurement Research Students Conference of the Nottingham Public Procurement Research Group, the 12th-13th September 2011.
The paper, reflecting the entire methodological and theoretical structure of Maria Anna Corvaglia PhD research project, was presented to the fifth's Research Students' Conference on Public Procurement hosted by the PPRG with external discussants, invited academics and academic staff of the PPRG.
