Through a multidisciplinary curriculum delivered by leading experts from academia, international organizations, and practice, participants gain valuable insights into the evolving legal and economic frameworks shaping international trade and investment today. The Academy consists of a series of short courses throughout the academic year. With the opportunity to join in a Winter or Summer session, the Academy provides a flexible, high-impact learning experience designed to advance your expertise and broaden your global perspective.
These courses cover trade and investment law and policy, international law, economics and trade policy. Designed for professionals and students, this program allows participants to choose between attending on-site in Bern or participating online, making it ideal for individuals looking to deepen their understanding of global trade around the world.
Applications for the WTI Academy are accepted on a rolling basis until the maximum number of participants per week is reached.
We accept individuals who have completed or are currently studying an undergraduate degree in law, economics or political science, or in an unrelated field supplemented by relevant working experience. Participants are expected to have a strong command of English.
- Tuition for 1 course is CHF 1600
- Tuition for 2 courses is CHF 2700
- Tuition for 3 courses is CHF 3800
- Tuition for 4 courses is CHF 4900
- Students currently enrolled at a university in Switzerland can attend for a fee of CHF 200 per course
