The World Trade Institute (WTI) is pleased to share that Frank van Tongeren, WTI Fellow, has been inducted into the GTAP Hall of Fame in recognition of his longstanding contributions to the Global Trade Analysis Project (GTAP).

The GTAP Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have made significant and sustained contributions to the development of the Global Trade Analysis Project (GTAP). GTAP, based at Purdue University, is one of the world's leading collaborative research networks in international trade analysis. Its databases, models, and training programs support researchers, governments, and international organizations in evaluating trade, environmental, agricultural, and development policies.

Frank van Tongeren has been a longstanding contributor to the GTAP community and to the broader field of quantitative trade policy analysis. His induction into the Hall of Fame recognizes his continuing contributions to the development and application of GTAP's research infrastructure and global network.

The WTI extends its congratulations to Frank on this distinguished recognition.
