Geneva alumni turn out in number for a social event

Around 70 alumni and current students on the MILE programme, along with WTI staff and faculty members, attended a social gathering in Geneva on 3 October – the main alumni event of the year.

The drinks party was organised by the WTI Advisors, an affiliate of the World Trade Institute. It came at the end of the annual Public Forum, a platform for discussion, held at the World Trade Organisation.

Graduates of the recent MILE 13 and 14 programmes attended, along with alumni from the early years of MILE.

“We were really pleased that so many came and the timing of the event was just right. Many alumni seemed very happy to see each other again,” said Sascha Finger, who coordinates alumni activities along with Corinne Karlaganis.

The last MILE alumni event was in Bern following the SIEL conference in July.
