There was a strong WTI presence at the biennial World Investment Forum held from 13 to 16 October in Geneva. The high-level event brings together different stakeholders to debate investment-related challenges in emerging economies.

Hosted by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) the mission of the forum is to provide a platform for dialogue and to promote investment flows that contribute to sustainable and inclusive development.

WTI International Investment Initiative (I3) Director Stephen Gelb and PhD candidates Rodrigo Polanco and Carolina Palma took part in the academic conference on sustainable investment at the Geneva Graduate Institute on 15 October.
