WTI congratulates Arancha Gonzalez on becoming Spain’s foreign minister

Arancha Gonzalez, a member of the WTI Advisory Board and external faculty, has been named the new foreign minister of Spain.

The Spanish government announced that Gonzalez, the Executive Director of the International Trade Centre (ITC), would take over the foreign ministry from Josep Borrell.

The World Trade Institute (WTI) is proud of its long association with Arancha Gonzalez and extends its congratulations to her on her appointment.

Arancha Gonzalez, a lawyer and expert in international trade issues with 20 years’ experience, has served at the ITC, the joint development agency of the United Nations and the World Trade Organization, since 2013.
