Peter Van den Bossche acts as Panelist in the West and East Asia Regional Round of the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition

The West and South Regional Round of the 19th edition of the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition ended this week. Now the selected teams have time to prepare for the Final Oral Round that will take place online from 23 to 27 June.

On Sunday, 2 May 2021, WTI Director of Studies Peter Van den Bossche joined Jennifer Hillman (Georgetown Law), Werner Zdouc (WTO), Henry Gao (Singapore Management University) and Kahaki Jere (Ministry of Justice, Malawi) on the Final Panel of the West and East Asia Regional Round of the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition.

The WTI is a proud sponsor of this great competition. The members of the winning team of any of the Regional Rounds are awarded a tuition fee scholarship to attend one week-long intensive course in the WTI’s Winter or Summer Academy. The members of the winning team of the Final Round are awarded a tuition fee scholarship to attend two week-long intensive courses in the WTI’s Winter or Summer Academy.

The top WTI prize goes to the  best orator of the Final Round. This prize consists of a full tuition scholarship for the 2021/2022 or 2022/2023 MILE or TRAIL+ (LL.M.) advanced master’s programmes at the WTI.
