#HerCareer Interview with WTI Alumna Akshata Limaye

I wanted to explore the space of international organizations (IOs), (at the time, mainly the WTO) which brought me to the World Trade Institute (WTI) in Bern. This specialised institute was not only strategic in terms of its proximity to Geneva where most of the IOs are headquartered, but also the extraordinary faculty and professional networking opportunity that WTI offered made it an excellent choice.

Akshata Limaye (MILE 19)

Akshata Limaye (MILE 19), currently working as Consultant in the Trade for Sustainable Development (T4SD) Programme at the International Trade Centre in Geneva, shares details about her professional life and studies with HerForum, an India-based women in law community.

'Her Forum’ is a platform and community for women in law based in India, where Akshata is also from. Their aim is to build a strong community to foster networking, meaningful conversations and peer-to-peer learning. Sharing insights from leading women in the field plays a big role in achieving their goal.
