"The WTO Ministerial Conference (MC12) is in less than one month from now andsuccess is all but certain. Members are working hard on a number of importantissues in both multilateral and plurilateral mode. However, those of us who werelucky enough to participate on site in the WTO Public Forum in September and wereprivileged to have in-person contacts with delegates could not fail to notice agrowing fear that things might go terribly wrong at MC12".
