Viktoriia Kotsiubska holds a Master’s Degree in International Law with Honours from the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, Ukraine. Since graduating she has worked as an associate with one of the leading local law firms - Sergiy Koziakov & Partners for five years. She has represented clients in the course of anti-dumping and safeguard investigations as well as advised clients on various matters of international trade law, in such fields as trade remedies, customs valuation, free trade agreements, quantitative restrictions and dispute settlement. Viktoriia’s professional experience also includes an internship with the international trade team of the prominent Korean law offices, Lee International, mainly dealing with trade remedies issues and WTO law.

Apart from her day to day responsibilities, Viktoriia coached the moot court team of the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University for the ELSA Moot Court Competition on WTO Law. The team became the National Champions of Ukraine, won third place in the Regional Round and proceeded to the Final Round in Santo-Domingo (Dominican Republic). Viktoriia is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English, and currently studies French. She spends her free time with her family and friends and enjoys reading, music, theatre and travel.
