Dineo Moledi graduated from the University of the Witswatersrand with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences and from the University of Johannesburg with Honours in Human Resources. Dineo also attended the International Executive Development Programme with Wits Business School and London Business School. Dineo is a Human Resources professional who has held the position of Human Resource Director for Kellogg's SA and McDonald's SA. In these positions she was responsible for delivering the Human Resources Plan and overall Human Resources Strategies in support of her country's long term business and economic goals. Her department was accountable for the execution of Talent and Leadership Development Strategies, Transformation, Employee Branding and Value Proposition, representing business in key local and international business meetings as well as the Asia Pacific Middle East Africa Women's Leadership development forum. She also engaged and worked with various government bodies concerning skills development and labour law issues. During her stay at McDonald's SA, the company won 1st place in the Deloitte and Touche 'Best Company to Work For in South Africa' both in 2010 and 2011. The business employed over 7,500 staff and serves over 6 million customers every month with an annual turnover of R2.4b. Before leaving McDonald's SA, she was a member of the interim committee working to establish the global Ronald McDonald House Charities arm in SA and the feasibility of implementing a mobile clinic in South Africa. Dineo has also worked for Anglo American and General Electric SA. In her spare time, Dineo enjoys travelling as well as mentoring young women from disadvantaged communities.
