Since 2014, Viktoriia Mykuliak has been working at the International Trade Prac­tice of Sayenko Kharenko, a top-tier law firm in Ukraine, where, together with her colleagues, she has been advising on a broad range on international trade issues (market access, the application of TBT and SPS measures, trade sanctions, WTO dis­pute settlement, and trade remedies). In particular, Viktoriia has been a member of a team representing Ukraine in several WTO disputes, acted for the clients in the trade defense proceedings, advised on functioning of FTAs concluded by Ukraine, advised clients in the course of various cross-border trade transactions. In addi­tion, she worked at the Investment & Trade Facilitation Centre (ITFC), where conducted research on various issues re­lating to the international trade law.

Prior to joining the law firm, Viktoriia ob­tained a master’s degree from the Law Faculty of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Ukraine) and an LL.M. degree from the "Europa-Institut" of Saarland University (Germany). During 2017-2018, she took several WTO-related courses within the framework of the IELPO Programme (Spain). In 2019 and 2020, she served as a panelist during the European Regional Rounds of John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition. Viktoriia regularly authors articles pertaining to international trade issues (WTO-related matters, European integration), participates in different conferences, forums and events devoted to international trade field.
