Jakhongir graduated from the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing Management.
From 2018 to 2023, he worked in various positions in the Marketing Department as well as the WTO Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan. During his work in the Ministry, he organised and conducted many seminars and trainings for entrepreneurs and students of universities of the Republic of Uzbekistan on familiarisation with such WTO agreements as GATT, GATS and Agreement on Agriculture.
Jakhongir actively participates in the process of accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the WTO.
