Hannah Soltermann

Hannah Soltermann is a Student Fellow in the Communications team at the World Trade Institute. With a strong interest in international relations and public affairs, she enjoys being part of an institution dedicated to advancing international cooperation through education and research.

Originally from Switzerland, Hannah is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in social sciences and public law at the University of Bern. Throughout her studies, she has developed a particular interest in international relations, especially in the field of human rights and the role of international cooperation in addressing global challenges. She is fascinated by the way states interact, negotiate, and collaborate, and is especially interested in exploring how international relationships and cooperation can be strengthened to promote peace, stability, and sustainable development.

Beyond her academic and professional commitments, Hannah plays competitive floorball with Unihockey Berner Oberland. Whenever time allows, she enjoys travelling and discovering new cultures, experiences that continue to broaden her perspective and reinforce her interest in international affairs.
