Workshop on WTO Appellate Review: Reform Proposals and Alternatives
This workshop is open to the public and will be held at the World Trade Organization in Geneva.
The purpose of this workshop, organized by the World Trade Institute (WTI), is to seek clarification of the proposals for reform of WTO appellate review currently under consideration, to explore alternatives for WTO appellate review, and to test the viability and practicability of both the proposals for reform and the alternatives. To this end, the workshop will bring together officials of WTO Members, legal practitioners, academics and WTO Secretariat staff.
Registration: For those who are not WTO Member delegates or Secretariat officials, registration is mandatory. For those who are WTO Member delegates and Secretariat officials, kindly also register in order to facilitate the organization of the conference.
