Innovation and Development in the Age of Climate Change Adaptation
07 Mar 2013 - 08 Mar 2013, Second African International Economic Law Network Conference, Johannesburg, South Africa
Dannie Jost presented at the Second African International Economic Law Network Conference a paper that addressed the question of open innovation in the face of climate change adaptation, highlighting arguments stressing the need to make use of TRIPS flexibilities while leveraging legacy IP instruments in endogenous sustainable development.
This work was made possible through the SECO/WTI academic cooperation project, and it benefits from the knowledge creation environment made possible in NCCR Trade Regulation WP3 and WP5. This paper read and discussed in Johannesburg has been published in the proceedings of the conference distributed to all participants.
