WTI Director of Studies appointed as a panelist on WTO Dispute Settlement case: EU — CVD/AD ON SSCRFP (INDONESIA)

On 13 September 2023, Prof. Peter Van den Bossche, the WTI Director of Studies, was appointed as a panelist in European Union – Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties on Stainless Steel Cold-Rolled Flat Products from Indonesia (DS616). 

The other members of the panel are William James Davey (chairperson) and Paul Richard O’Connor (WT/DS616/3). This panel was established at the request of Indonesia (WT/DS616/2) by the WTO Dispute Settlement Body on 30 May 2023.

Seventeen WTO Members have reserved their right to participate in the panel proceedings as third parties.
