The Chocolate War – a simulation exercise on WTO law on trade in food
In the context of the Food Law Master 2020 programme at LUISS University in Rome, WTI Director of Studies Peter Van den Bossche conducted a 10-hour simulation exercise on WTO law on trade in food, entitled ‘The Chocolate War’, on 17 and 18 January.
Participants included officials of the Italian government and international organisations, practising lawyers, food industry consultants and staff of non-governmental organisations.
