The WTI's Brown Bag Seminars are back!

After a COVID-related two-year hiatus, the WTI is happy to announce the return of its Brown Bag Seminar Series.

Each semester, the Brown Bag seminars are organised under an overarching theme. In each Brown Bag seminar, a researcher from the fields of economics, law or political science presents a current research project which can come in the form of a research paper or a book contribution.

WTI PhD candidates Kirthana Ganeson and Irene Garcés Iriarte form the organisational committee in charge of the Brown Bag seminars planned for 2022.

The first Brown Bag seminar of 2022 will take place on 16 March. Dr Tuuli-Anna Huikuri, Post-doctoral Research Scholar at the Chair of International Relations and International Political Economy, Department of Political Science, University of Zurich, will talk about "Constraints and Incentives in the Investment Regime: How bargaining power shapes BIT reform".
